4. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso

PH Binggo does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly through the platform interface.

In the event of a system error, PH Binggo reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state.

Account Suspension and Closure: PH Binggo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or is involved in any behavior that poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or policy violations, account balances may be forfeited. Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting support.
Third-Party Links and Services: The platform may reference or link to third-party services, payment processors, or content providers. PH Binggo does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is governed by those parties' own terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of ph binggo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines. By using the platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
